Ms. Cherie Payne (The Visionary )
Cherie has been in the beauty industry for over 30 years. HMUD (HAIR AND MAKE-UP DESIGNS) became her brand. Her passion is to bring out the beauty in every woman through hair styling, hair enhancements or makeup application. After years of serving as Hair and Makeup artist for Weddings and assisting with organizing events at her church, Cherie decided to pursue her career as a Wedding and Event planner. Risisng 2 The Occasion was founded out of the desire to support brides and grooms on planning every aspect of their wedding as well as coordinating any event. The primary goal for R2TO is to become the premier Events coordinator company. Cherie and her ”Team” is looking forward to “Making your dreams and Vision a reality”
